US LESSON 2 KIDNEY AND BLADDER

In this lesson, we provide a  series of teaching videos and self-learning sonographic cases to illustrate normal renal parenchyma appearance from chronic renal disease. A brief introduction to solid and cystic renal masses, as well as obstructing renal disease, will be reviewed.  The participant will have the opportunity to observe a US-guided renal biopsy on a native and/or transplant kidney.  Fundamental understanding of post-transplant complications in the early and late findings will be covered.
