CT LESSON 4: BOWEL

In this lesson, the participant will be provided with some imaging features corresponding to the clinical concerns of  Bowel obstruction, Inflammatory bowel, and Post Op Ileus.  There will be representative case examples that include:

1. Large bowel obstruction from Volvulus and Malignancy
2. Ulcerative Colitis vs Crohn's Colitis and other inflammatory bowel conditions
3. Small bowel obstructions of various etiologies including adhesions and hernia

The lesson will conclude with body wall abnormalities including edema, post-op hematoma, and various ventral wall and inguinal hernias
